Oui, je change légèrement et j'introduis davantage de crudités (radis, carottes râpées, salades composées...).
Et il y a un plat que j'adore faire ! Tu prends une tranche de pain de mie (de préférence complet ou aux céréales, c'est meilleur), tu la tartines légèrement de moutarde à l'ancienne. Ensuite, tu coupe des morceaux de tomates et d'avocat que tu disposes dessus. Enfin, une petite pincée de fleur de sel sur le dessus, et c'est un régal. C'est simple, rapide, frais. J'adore!
